$500 Holiday Dinner Giveaway

Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The $500 Holiday Dinner Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Patriot Builds STL, LLC and Luna Builds STL. By submitting an entry, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsors

The Giveaway is sponsored by:

and

Luna Builds STL

St. Louis, MO 63143

Together, they are referred to as the “Sponsors.”
Patriot Builds will administer the Giveaway on behalf of the Sponsors.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Missouri and Illinois who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Owners, employees, and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway for either Sponsor, along with their immediate family members and members of their households, are noteligible. Immediate family members include spouses, parents, children, and siblings.

No purchase, donation, consultation, sales appointment, or agreement to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 3, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 3, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Entries must be successfully received during the Entry Period. Entries received after 11:59 PM Central Time on October 3, 2026 will not be included in the drawing.

The entry system’s recorded submission time will determine whether an entry was received within the Entry Period.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, scan the official Giveaway QR code and complete the online entry form.

Provide the required contact information accurately and submit the form before the Entry Period closes.

Scanning the QR code or opening the entry form without successfully submitting it does not constitute an entry.

Limit one entry per person for the entire Giveaway.

Additional submissions do not provide additional chances to win. If a person submits more than one otherwise eligible entry, only the first eligible entry will be included.

Entries must be submitted by the person entering. Automated entries, entries submitted using another person’s identity, and entries containing materially false information are not eligible.

No purchase is required to access or submit the Giveaway entry form.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one holiday dinner prize with a total retail value of $500 USD.

Prize details: $500 Dinner Voucher

There is one prize available. The total retail value of all prizes offered in this Giveaway is $500 USD.

No payment to either Sponsor, purchase of services, or sales appointment is required to receive the prize.

Sponsors will not charge any prize-claiming, processing, or delivery fee.

The winner is responsible for any legally applicable taxes on the prize and any optional purchases beyond what the stated prize includes.

If the described prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control, Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place within 14 calendar days after the Entry Period closes.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Making a purchase, scheduling a consultation, requesting information about either Sponsor’s services, or opting into marketing communications will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

Entrants do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

Sponsors will attempt to notify the potential winner within two business days after the drawing using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after the initial notification attempt and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

An entrant is not a confirmed winner until eligibility has been verified.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, another potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The confirmed winner will receive the prize, or the gift card, certificate, reimbursement, or other instrument representing the prize, within 30 calendar days after being notified that they are the confirmed winner, at no delivery cost to the winner.

8. Personal Information and Communications

Information submitted through the entry form will be used by the Sponsors and their service providers to administer the Giveaway, record entries, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in promotional email, text-message, or telephone marketing.
