Ron and Sheila wanted to take advantage of the covered porch already attached to their home while creating a true year-round living space. Working alongside a Patriot Builds designer, they developed a custom Four Seasons sunroom featuring an expansive all-glass wall system that maximizes natural light and preserves the surrounding views.

Great Potential Hidden Beneath an Existing Porch
The existing covered porch offered a solid starting point, but transforming it into a true Four Seasons room required much more than simply adding windows. The original structure wasn’t engineered to support the weight of a full glass wall system, meaning both the roof and foundation needed reinforcement before construction could move forward.
